Tanchon Smeltery in DPRK Selected Again as One of Ten Best Enterprises for 2024

 Pyongyang, September 7 (KCNA) -- The Tanchon Smeltery in the DPRK was selected again as one of the ten best enterprises for 2024.
The smeltery over-fulfilled its national economic plan, raised the actual extraction rate of products by more than 2 percent and successfully fulfilled the major policy tasks set forth by the Workers' Party of Korea, including the manufacture of equipment for the regional-industry factories and the construction of houses in the area of Komdok.
Attracting special attention is the experience of the smeltery, which has defended for three years the honor of being one of the ten best enterprises, attracts special attention amid the great enthusiasm for competition among enterprises in various sectors of the national economy.
