GDP growth in Kyrgyzstan amounts 1 trillion soms

Bishkek, Sept. 15, 2025 /Kabar/. The gross domestic product in the republic in January-August 2025, according to preliminary estimates, amounted to 1 trillion 42.1 million soms. Deputy Chairman of the National Statistical Committee Bakytbek Shokenov reports.

According to him, compared to the same period in 2024, it increased by 11%.

“The share of the service sector in GDP accounted for 50.8%, commodity production industries - 33.4%, taxes on products - 16%, construction and agriculture - 7% each.
