Preparations for New Academic Term Active in DPRK

Pyongyang, September 16 (KCNA) -- Educational units at all levels of the DPRK are making preparations for a new academic term.
Hamhung University of Education and Sinuiju Teachers Training College are converting teaching programs into research-type ones and producing teaching aids and multimedia programs as required by pedagogy while making certain that teachers master the contents of teaching materials for the new term and the relevant teaching purposes.
Officials of Ryonmot Senior Middle School in Sosong District and Pongnam Primary School in Phyongchon District are guiding and aiding all the teachers to explore and apply various teaching methods capable of raising the pupils' cognitive faculty to the maximum.
Munsin Senior Middle School in Tongdaewon District is preparing equipment and apparatuses for experiment and practical training and school fixtures according to school years and subjects.
