Delegation of DPRK Ministry of Culture Returns Home

Pyongyang, September 16 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Ministry of Culture of the DPRK led by Minister Sung Jong Gyu returned home on September 15 after attending the eleventh international forum of culture held in Sankt-Peterburg.
The delegation was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by Pak Kyong Chol, vice-minister of Culture, and Vladimir Topeha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy here. -0-
