Production of Building Materials for Rural Construction in South Hamgyong Province of DPRK

Pyongyang, September 16 (KCNA) -- South Hamgyong Province of the DPRK directs efforts to the production of building materials needed for rural construction.
The province is boosting the enthusiasm for emulation while generalizing the experience gained in the cities and counties that are taking the lead in cementing the foundations for building materials production, thus making sure that all regions overhaul and reinforce the bases for building materials production and increase their production capacity by making effective use of their regional raw materials resources.
City and counties are increasing the variety and output of building materials.
Kumya, Jongphyong and Sinhung counties are making progress in the development of new products and the production of various kinds of building materials while laying material and technical foundations for building materials production.
Tanchon City is developing and producing more building materials with light burned magnesia while improving the quality of distemper paint. -0-
