Turkmenistan Mejlis Chairperson receives credentials of Bahraini Ambassador to Türkiye as Non-Resident Ambassador to Turkmenistan

Ashgabat, Sep. 16 (BNA): Dunyagozel Gulmanova, The Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, received the credentials of Ambassador Bassam Ahmed Marzouq, Ambassador of Bahrain to Türkiye, accrediting him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Turkmenistan, residing in Ankara.

The two sides reviewed the bilateral cooperation between Bahrain and Turkmenistan and discussed ways to further strengthen these relations in a manner that serves the mutual interests of both countries and their peoples.

Serdar Muhammetdurdyyev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, received Ambassador Bassam Ahmed Marzouq, who presented to him a copy of his credentials as Non-Resident Ambassador to Turkmenistan, residing in Ankara.
