Kyrgyz citizens can leave feedback on work of government agencies

Bishkek, Sept. 17, 2025 /Kabar/. During the staff meeting of the presidential administration, the developed information system "Feedback" was presented, aimed at increasing the efficiency of public administration and ensuring transparency of interactions between government agencies and citizens.

According to the Cabinet of Ministers, digital feedback system is a tool that allows citizens to evaluate and make suggestions regarding the quality of public services provided, promptly inform about violations or difficulties in interactions with representatives of government agencies, and government agencies - to promptly identify problematic issues and take measures to eliminate them.

This information platform will allow the presidential administration to constantly monitor the effectiveness of government agencies.

After reviewing the feedback left in the system by citizens, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev instructed the department for monitoring the implementation of decisions of the president and the cabinet of ministers to constantly monitor and control the timely consideration by government agencies of the feedback left by citizens and take measures in case of ignoring citizens' appeals.

Heads of government agencies have also been instructed to ensure that the corresponding QR links for submitting reviews are posted everywhere.
