Construction of 10 000 Flats at Fourth Stage in Hwasong Area Accelerated in DPRK

Pyongyang, September 20 (KCNA) -- The military and civilian builders are pushing ahead with the final projects for the interior and exterior of 10 000 flats at the fourth stage in the Hwasong area.
The brigade of the Ministry of Public Security is installing plastic windows and lighting windows and tiling exterior walls.
The builders of the Phyongjin Construction Management Bureau of the Brigade of the Pyongyang Construction Commission are building balcony walls in a qualitative way.
The battalions of the Ministry of Land and Maritime Transport, the Ministry of Light Industry and the Ministry of Commerce of the First Brigade of ministries and national agencies are laying artificial stone boards on corridors and installing various kinds of electric appliances and sanitary ware.
The battalions of Sadong and Taesong districts of the Brigade of the Pyongyang Municipal People's Committee completed the land levelling by increasing the proportion of mechanization and nearly finished plastering the interior and exterior of dwelling houses.
