Indonesian Embassy celebrates Independence Day

Manama, Sept. 22 (BNA): The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Bahrain hosted a reception to mark Indonesia’s Independence Day.

Fatima bint Jaffar Al Sairafi, Minister of Tourism, and Dr. Shaikha Muneera bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, Director-General of the Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies, were present.

Dr. Shaikha Muneera bint Khalifa extended Bahrain’s congratulations to the government and people of Indonesia on their Independence Day. She highlighted the deep-rooted ties between the two countries, underscoring Bahrain’s commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations across various domains, and wished Indonesia continued progress and prosperity.
