Yemeni-Libyan-Algerian-Malian summit held in Sharm el-Sheikh

SHARM EL-SHEIKH, July 15 (Saba) - A Yemeni-Libyan-Algerian-Malian summit was held here on Wednesday on the sideline of the 15th Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Summit currently being held in the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt.

The summit included President Ali Abdullah Saleh, Libyan President Muammar
al-Gaddafi, Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika and Malian President Amadou
Toumani Toure discussed the bilateral relations between each four countries.

The four leaders dealt with the joint cooperation areas between their countries and
the issues listed in the 15th NAM summit's agenda.

The summit of the four countries talked on means of strengthening the Arab-African
relations and the regional and international issues, topped by the Palestinian cause
and the situations in Somali and Sudan.

The 15th summit of the NAM opened on Wednesday with leaders from 118 member states
in the Egyptian town to debate on peace, solidarity and economic crisis.
