HM King participates in Sharm El Sheikh Summit for Peace

Sharm El Sheikh, Oct. 13 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa participated in the Sharm El Sheikh Summit for Peace, held to mark the agreement to end the war in Gaza, alongside leaders and heads of state and government. The summit took place in the city of Sharm El Sheikh, Arab Republic of Egypt.

Upon arrival at the summit venue, His Majesty the King was received by His Excellency Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of Egypt. HE the Egyptian President welcomed and thanked His Majesty for attending.

His Majesty the King, along with the leaders participating in the summit, witnessed the signing of the comprehensive document on the Gaza Agreement. It was signed by His Excellency Donald Trump, President of the United States, HE President El Sisi, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, and His Excellency Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Türkiye.
