Saleh meets Abbas

SANA'A, Jul 15 (Saba)- On the sideline of the 15th summit of Non-Aligned Movement
being held in Cairo, President Ali Abdullah Saleh met on Wednesday with President
of Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abass.

In the meeting, the two leaders tackled brotherly cooperation between the two
countries and means of enhancing and improving them in all fields. They also
discussed developments on Palestinian, regional and international arenas.

Abbas informed Saleh on latest Palestinian developments and efforts to realize
national reconciliations.

President Saleh renewed Yemen's supportive attitude to Palestinian issue and its
righteous struggle to restore its territories. He stressed on continuing dialogue to
heal the Palestinian rift and realize inclusive reconciliation to strength their
front to face Israeli occupation's aggressive practices.
