Najaf Governor receives Bahrain Consul General

Najaf, Oct. 17 (BNA): Najaf Governor Youssef Kanawi received Abdulwahid Abdulwahab Al Nakkal, Consul General of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Najaf.

Al Nakkal expressed appreciation to the local authorities for their continued cooperation and support for the consulate’s work, noting that such collaboration reflects the strong ties between the two countries.

Governor Kanawi emphasised Najaf’s commitment to enhancing cooperation with the Bahraini Consulate and providing the necessary support in line with legal and regulatory frameworks.

The meeting reviewed areas of cooperation, particularly in consular services in Najaf.
