Saudi Arabia, Syria Discuss Cooperation in Transport and Roads Infrastructure

   Riyadh, October 21, 2025, SPA -- Acting CEO of the Roads General Authority Eng. Badr Al-Dulami received Minister of Transport of the Syrian Arab Republic Dr. Yarub Badr at the authority's headquarters in Riyadh.
   The meeting addressed strengthening bilateral cooperation in transport and road infrastructure to support sustainable development and logistics services.
   The Syrian minister and his delegation visited the Saudi Road Research and Accelerated Pavement Testing Center, where they reviewed applied research studies contributing to sustainable road development and the advancement of research, innovation, and expertise exchange between both nations.
   Both sides affirmed the strong fraternal and historical relations between Saudi Arabia and Syria, emphasizing continued cooperation in the roads sector to enhance economic competitiveness and achieve sustainable development objectives.
