Interior Minister meets American Jewish Committee Chief Policy and Political Affairs Officer

Manama, Nov. 1 (BNA): General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, met with Jason Isaacson, Chief Policy and Political Affairs Officer at the American Jewish Committee (AJC), on the sidelines of the 21st IISS Manama Dialogue 2025.

General Shaikh Rashid welcomed Isaacson’s visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain to participate in the Manama Dialogue, one of the leading international platforms for political and strategic discussions regionally and internationally. He noted that Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, is committed to contributing to international efforts aimed at promoting security and peace.

The minister highlighted the close relations and strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States, particularly in supporting regional security and maintaining international peace. He noted Bahrain’s high levels of safety and stability, reflected in the record-low national crime rate achieved through community partnership initiatives and effective programmes promoting social security.

The meeting reviewed bilateral relations and areas of cooperation, as well as several issues of shared interest.
