Hajj Conference Discusses Enhancing Pilgrim Services in 140 Sessions
Jeddah, November 10, 2025, SPA -- The Hajj 2025 Conference and Exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in cooperation with the Pilgrim Experience Program, one of the initiatives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, will feature a comprehensive agenda of scientific and enrichment programs, including 140 sessions and workshops.
These sessions will bring together 225 speakers from inside and outside the Kingdom, representing the government, private, and non-profit sectors, as well as Hajj affairs offices from 150 countries.
The conference’s general program will include key sessions exploring the future of pilgrim services in areas such as security and safety, healthcare, transportation and operational services, and environmental sustainability. In addition, the King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (Darah) will host a forum on the history of Hajj and the Two Holy Mosques, highlighting the historical and cultural dimensions of their development through the ages.
The event will also feature the Hajj Council, during which participants will discuss ways to enhance coordination among relevant entities to improve field, technical, and administrative services for pilgrims. Specialized workshops, led by local and international experts, will focus on capacity building and strengthening operational efficiency, service delivery, planning, and crowd management.
