Foreign Minister receives NATO Parliamentary Assembly delegation

Manama, Nov. 17 (BNA):  Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received a delegation from the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) Parliamentary Assembly, led by Lord Lancaster, Member of the United Kingdom's House of Lords and Chair of the Assembly’s Defence and Security Committee, during their visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The meeting discussed regional and international developments, efforts to end conflicts and maintain global peace and stability, and the importance of achieving lasting peace and supporting development across the region.  Issues of mutual interest were also reviewed.
