Civil Defense Warns of Thunderstorms Across Saudi Arabia from Tuesday to Friday

   Riyadh, November 24, 2025, SPA -- The General Directorate of Civil Defense has urged the public to exercise caution and remain in safe locations, avoid areas prone to flash flooding and valleys, and refrain from swimming in them.
   This advisory comes in light of forecasts predicting thunderstorms across most regions of the Kingdom from tomorrow, Tuesday, through Friday.
   The directorate said that Makkah Region is expected to experience moderate to heavy rainfall, which may lead to flash floods, hail, and dust storms, including Makkah city.
   The directorate added that the regions of Tabuk, Madinah, Al-Jouf, Northern Borders, Hail, Al-Baha, Aseer, and Jazan are expected to experience moderate to heavy rainfall leading to flash floods, hail, and dust-stirring winds.
