HM King congratulates Laos President

Manama, Dec. 1 (BNA):  His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Thongloun Sisoulith, President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, on his country's National Day.
