HM King congratulates HH Amir of Kuwait on anniversary of accession

Manama, Dec. 20 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait, on the second anniversary of his accession.
