HM King receives Kuwaiti Information and Culture Minister

Manama, Dec. 21 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received Abdulrahman Baddah Al Mutairi, Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs of the State of Kuwait, during his visit to the Kingdom.

Minister Al Mutairi conveyed to His Majesty the greetings and appreciation of His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait, along with his best wishes for continued progress and advancement of the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people. His Majesty, in turn, asked the minister to convey his greetings to HH Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad, and his sincere wishes to the State of Kuwait and its people for further prosperity and development.

His Majesty highlighted the deep-rooted ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait and its ongoing development of close cooperation and joint action, particularly in the media, cultural and youth domains, in a manner that serves the interests of both countries and their peoples. His Majesty emphasised the shared keenness to further strengthen and consolidate these ties.

His Majesty commended the significant role played by His Highness the Amir of the State of Kuwait in supporting and strengthening Bahraini-Kuwaiti relations across all domains.

For his part, the minister expressed gratitude to His Majesty the King for the warm reception and generous hospitality, and his deep pride in His Majesty’s role and efforts in consolidating the distinguished relations between the two countries and strengthening the close bonds between their peoples.
