Chief of Police receives UK official

Manama, Dec. 30 (BNA): Lieutenant General Tariq bin Hassan Al Hassan, Chief of Police, received Kashif Chaudhry, Deputy Director and Head of Middle East Defence and Security Policy at the Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom.

Brigadier Mohammed Abdullah Al Haram, Assistant Chief of Police for Operations and Training, was present.

The Chief of Police commended the deep-rooted relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom, and the advanced development between the two countries.

The Chief of Police underscored the importance of enhancing security coordination and exchanging expertise to address regional challenges and support security and stability.

On his part, the UK official commended the level of cooperation with the Ministry of Interior and underscored the United Kingdom’s commitment to strengthening security partnership and expertise exchange.
