Committee tackles country developments

SANA'A, July 25 (Saba) - Vice President Abdu
Rabo Mansour Hadi has presided over the meeting of the Higher Security Committee
that discussed
the situation in southern and northern Yemen.
The meeting focused on Thursday's attacks by fans of the southern anti-government
movement in the city of Zunjbar, Abyan, which left eight people killed and 18
others hurt,
and the situation in the Habeel Jabr district, Lahj.
The meeting also dealt with the situation in Yemen's northern Saada province.
The meeting called on security committees throughout the country to assume their
responsibilities to maintain stability and control destructive acts as well as
reporting
developments to the committee evolutionally.
