‘ONE OF PURPOSES OF ALL-RUSSIAN AZERBAIJANI CONGRESS IS TO RAISE INTELLIGENCE LEVEL OF AZERBAIJANI DIASPORA IN RUSSIA’
Baku, 27 July (AzerTAc). One of the purposes of All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress is to raise the intelligence level of the Azerbaijani Diaspora in Russia by carrying out right education program, said Ilgar Hajiyev, executive director of the Congress.
According to him, the Congress strives for integration of Azerbaijani youth in Russia into the country`s public, political, social and cultural life with keeping their national and spiritual values. For this purpose, two ethno-cultural Azerbaijani schools have been opened in Moscow, he added.
Hajiyev noted the Congress also pays special attention to the Azerbaijani youth`s studying in Russia-based higher education institutions.
He pointed out 128 places have been allocated to the Russian Azerbaijanis to study in Russia`s various universities.
