Hyundai Motor unit wins 520 bln won order from Libya

SEOUL, July 28 (Yonhap) -- AMCO Constructions Co., a construction unit of Hyundai
Motor Co., said Tuesday it has won an order worth 520 billion won (US$419
million) to build homes in the Libyan city of Qubbah.
The order, placed by the Libyan government, calls for AMCO to build the homes by
2012, the company said in a statement.
In the statement, AMCO Vice Chairman Kim Chang-hee said the order brightened the
outlook for the company's target to receive 850 billion won in overseas orders
this year.
