Hanwha Engineering wins $750 mln order from Saudi Arabia

SEOUL, July 29 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's Hanwha Engineering & Construction Corp.
said Wednesday it has won a US$750 million order to build electric power
generation facilities in western Saudi Arabia.

Under the deal with Marafiq, a Saudi Arabian power and water utility company,
Hanwha Engineering will complete the construction of electric power generation
facilities by 2012, the company said in a statement.
The facilities will be built in the Yanbu industrial complex, 300km north of
Jeddah, Hanwha Engineering said.
