Yemen security defuses mine in Abyan province

ABYAN, Aug 05 (Saba) - Security bodies
have defused an anti-tank mine at Zunjbar city in Abyan province, south Yemen,
Interior
ministry said on Wednesday .
"Explosion experts have defused this main which was founded near the headquarters
of Control and Supervision Authority in the province", the Ministry explained.
"Earlier an unknown man has exploded a bomb next to Criminal Investigation
Department in the governorate", a security source said, confirming there wasn't any
damage reported.
The security authorities believed that outlaw elements have links with those
criminal acts which targeted security and stability in the country.
