Saada local council announces emergency state

SAADA, Aug. 12 (Saba)-Saada Local Council announced on Wednesday a state of emergency in all regions of Saada province.

In the meeting, the council discussed current acts committed by elements of the
rebellion in killing people, blocking roads and damaging development projects and
property
of citizens.
The council condemned all these acts, which harm efforts of peace and disturb
security in the governorate, blaming rebels the responsibility of killing
innocents, women
and children.
The council asked the concerned bodies to take all measures to maintain security in
the province, calling on citizens to do their religious and national duty to face
elements
of rebellion and vandalism.
