Sungwon wins 1.2 tln won order to build homes

SEOUL, Aug. 13 (Yonhap) -- Sungwon Corp., a South Korean builder, said Thursday that it has won a deal valued at 1.21 trillion won (US$970 million) to build 5,000 residences in Libya.

Sungwon said in a regulatory filing that it received a letter of acceptance from
Libyan Investment and Development Co. to build the homes.
