U.S., S. Korean air forces to perform joint aerial maneuver

SEOUL, Aug. 17 (Yonhap) -- The demonstration squadrons of the U.S. and South
Korean air forces will perform a joint aerial maneuver here in October to mark an
aerospace exhibition in Seoul, officials said Monday.
The U.S. Air Force Demonstration Squadron, the Thunderbirds, will team up with
South Korea's Black Eagles to perform maneuvers over Seoul and a city in central
South Korea on Oct. 21, the South Korean air force officials said.
The flight will take place in line with the Seoul International Aerospace and
Defense Exhibition. The jets will fly over the U.S.-South Korea Combined Forces
Command and other civilian landmarks, they said.
