Defense minister meets military and security commanders in Saada

SAADA, Aug. 26
(Saba)- Defense Minister Mohammed Nasar Ahmed headed on Wednesday a meeting for the
military
and security commanders in Saada province.

The meeting reviewed achievements of the military and security units in protecting
citizens in the province by hunting and fighting elements of vandalism and terror
who
have killed innocents in several districts of Saada, damaged public and private
facilities and made thousands of people homeless.
The minister of defense gave orders to the commanders to clean all regions from
these elements and bring them to justice, highlighting the high level of readiness
for the
forces in maintaining security and stability in the province.He called on soldiers
to be careful, and protect citizens from these elements as well as offer assistance
for
the displaced people.AH
