Singh said, "we have full confidence in Dr Kalam, Dr
Chidambaram and other scientists."

The Prime Minister noted that the then Scientific
Advisor Kalam has stated in public that all the tests were
succesful.

"So there is nothing in this (Santhanam's
contentions)," Singh said adding, "there is no need to create
misgivings on this." PTI
