Yemeni official meets Italian envoy
SANA'A, Aug. 29 (Saba) - Foreign Minister Abu
Bakr al-Qirbi held talks Saturday with the ambassador of Italy in Yemen Mario Bofo
on aspects
of bilateral relations between the two countries.
During their meeting, al-Qirbi and Boffo reviewed means of developing support
provided by Italian government to Yemen in the developmental field, including a
primary health
care project.
They also discussed the activities of a Blood Bank which is expected to be launched
by the end of 2009 as well as cooperation in support of the Yemeni Coastguards.
