Yemen ranks first in promotion activities for investments

SANA'A, Aug. 29
(Saba)-Yemen ranked first in activities of promotion for investments, according to
24th Report of
Investment Climate in Arab Countries.
Chairman of General Authority for Investments (GAI) Salah al-Atar said that the
report published by the Arab Investment & Export Credit Guarantee Corporation,
adding that
the report ranked Yemen first in volume of promoting investment opportunities at
56.8 percent Yemen has advanced at 152 opportunities at Arab level in fields of
industry,
tourism and services, the report showed.
Al-Ata said that Yemen was first in the rank in holding conferences, symposiums,
and exhibition for prompting investments.
