Laws on Skill Development Fund and AIDS prevention issued
SANA'A, Aug. 30 (Saba) -
Two laws were issued on Sunday for the Skill Development Fund and protecting the
society
from AIDS. The decree No. 29, 2009 on the Skill Development Fund included 41
articles and was classified in five chapters concerning fund name, definitions,
establishment
and goals and management, specific responsibilities of chairman of the board of
directors and general director as well as the financial system and general
regulations. The
decree No. 30, 2009 was on protection of the society from AIDS and that included 47
articles including those on the rights of the people with the disease. Other
articles
were regarding protection mechanisms, raising awareness about the disease and
penalties. FR
