MINISTER REVOKES PT HANIL BAKRIE FINANCE'S LICENSE

Jakarta, Sept. 2 (ANTARA) - The finance minister has revoked the business license of financing company PT Hanil Bakrie Finance through Decree no. Kep-253/KM.10/2009 on August 10, 2009.

The license revocation was effective August 10, 2009, Ngalim Sawega, secretary of the the Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Board (Bapepam-LK), said here on Wednesday.

Earlier, the finance ministry also revoked the business license of financing company PT Eastern Finance as of July 31, 2009, based on the ministry's decree No. Kep-246/KM.10/2009.
