Over 5000 weapons in August seized

SANA'A, Sep. 06 (Saba) - Security authorities
have seized 5012 weapons all over the country in August in the framework of
implementing the
supreme security plan concerned with banning weapons carrying in all Yemeni cities,
Information Center of Interior Ministry reported on Sunday.

Security statistics indicated that security authorities returned 92 stolen cars
from several tribal areas all over the country, most of the cars were handed over
to their
owners.
The authorities transferred more than 50 people to prosecution The security
authorities indicated that the ban on carrying weapons, implemented last month,
will continue
during the holy month of Ramadan.
