Health Ministry announces 18 new swine flu infected cases

SANA'A, Sep. 14 (Saba)-
Ministry of Public Health and Population announced on Sunday the discovery of 18 new
cases
of H1N1 influenza, known as swine flu including seventeen Yemenis and one European .
Abdul-Hakim al-Kohlani, spokesman of the Higher National Committee to Face Swine
Flue, said that there are two cases in a serious condition currently hospitalized,
while
the other cases are receiving medication and isolated in their houses .
These cases raised the number of the cases of swine flu in Yemen to 107 cases in
which 21 came from aboard and the other cases occurred while mixing with people
coming from
outside al-Kohlani said .
About 59 cases are getting better and 74 are still hospitalized. One swine flue
infected patient died of the total number of this virus cases.
