OIC Chief condemns blasts in Pakistan
Jeddah, September 27, SPA -- Secretary General of the Organization
of Islamic Conference (OIC) Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu has
slammed the blasts which took place in Pakistan yesterday, killing 16
persons and injuring about 150 others.
In a press statement today, Ihsanoglu expressed sorrow and grief
over continuation of terror acts in the region.
He condoled relatives of the victims and voiced support to the
efforts of the Pakistani government to combat terrorism in all its
forms.
