Health minister heads meeting over displaced people

SANA'A, Sep. 27 (Saba)-Minister
of Public Health and Population Abdul Karem Rasa held a meeting on Sunday attended
by representatives
of international organizations over efforts exerted to help displaced people who are
suffering because of rebellion in Saada province and district of Harf Sufyan in
Amran
province.
"The state will coordinate and facilitate humanitarian works of the organizations
and to reach camps and offer assistance for displaced people in Alb and Baqim
regions in
coordination with the officials in Saudi Arabia, Rasa said.
The minister added that the government paid YR 230 million to set up a camp for
displaced people in Mazrak zone in Hajjah province, affirming importance of the
contributions
of the international organizations to reduce suffering of these people.
