Jember, Sept 27 (ANTARA) - The body of fisherman Pak Min (55), of Puger subdistrict, Jember regency, East Java, was eventually found by a combined SAR team in Plawangan, Puger waters, Sunday afternoon.

"Thus the dead bodies of all the fishermen who had gone missing after their boats capsized in Plawangan waters had been found by the combined SAR team," Puger police chief Adjunct Commissioner Bahrul Anam said.

The seven ill-fated boats capsized after being hit by high waves in Plawangan Puger waters on Saturday (Sept 26), killing a fisherman, while Siba, Untung, Timan and Pak Min were gone missing Saturday.

"The bodies of Untung and Timan were found first near the disaster site, and the body of Pak Min was found Sunday afternoon," he said.

He said Pak Min's body was found about 50 meters of the disaster site, and his dead body was still in tact.

After the body was evacuated by the SAR team for a post mortem, and later it was taken by his relatives to his home village in Puger Kulon, for burial at a local cemetery, he said.

Until Saturday night the waves in Plawangan Puger waters were still quite high, and many fishermen did not dare to go out to sea.
