S. Korean firm wins US$120 mln order from GM

SEOUL, Sept. 28 (Yonhap) -- LS Mtron Co., a South Korean machinery maker, said Monday it has received a US$120 million order from U.S. automaker General Motors Co.

Under the contract, LS Mtron will provide GM with auto parts for eco-friendly
cars by 2016, the South Korean company said in a statement.
The auto parts included hoses for a charged auto cooler, which is used to cool
engine air, according to the statement.
LS Mtron is a unit of LS Group, a minor conglomerate specialized in energy and
industrial machinery, in South Korea.
