Police had filed a 109-page charge sheet against the
actor based on the statement of the alleged victim, medical
and forensic reports and statements of those who had helped
her lodge the police case.

The maid, who has been kept out of media glare, had
alleged that Shiney called her to his room on June 14 on the
pretext of fetching him a glass of water when his wife Anupam
was away. As the unsuspecting domestic help went inside, the
actor bolted the door and raped her, according to the
prosecution.

The court's direction asking Shiney to move out of Mumbai
is likely to have a fallout on his ongoing films under
production. He has five films -- "Migration", "Har Pal",
"Chalo Movie", "Accident" and "Take Two" in hand. PTI SVS
