AL Secretary General lauds Saudi-Syrian summit as important step in Arab solidarity
Cairo, Oct 08, SPA -- The Secretary-General of the League of Arab Amr
Moussa lauded the visit of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King
Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to Syria in response to an invitation
from the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad.
"The Saudi-Syrian summit is an important step in strengthening
the Arab solidarity", Moussa said in a statement today, expressing
hope that the coming period would witness more of Arab summits.
