Yemenis support for Saada war displaced more than foreign support, al Qirbi says

SANA'A, Oct. 18 (Saba) - Minister of Foreign Affairs Abu Bakr al-Qirbi has
reaffirmed that
al-Houthi rebels receive foreign support in the forms of finance and military supplies.

He referred to the financial capacities the rebels have as well as confessions of
some Houthis who surrendered voluntarily to the government as the proof of this
kind of
support by foreign elements.
Al-Qirbi did not deny information about the existence of foreign fighters with the
rebels, saying "this issue with the ongoing war is difficult to prove completely,
but
when the government completes investigation, it would make this issue clear." He
also pointed out that the Arab League Secretary General's visit to Yemen came to get
acquainted
with situation in the country as it faces some domestic problems.
