Syria confirms support for Yemen's unity

DAMASCUS, Oct. 18 (Saba)- Deputy Foreign
Minister of Syria Fisal al Maqdad confirmed on Sunday a support of Syria for the
unity, security
and stability of Yemen.

During his meeting with the Yemeni ambassador to Damascus Abdul Wahab Tawaf, the
Syrian official said that all capacities of Syria are for protecting the unity and
security
of Yemen.
He added that Yemen and Syria are targets for terrorists, affirming importance of
enhancing the security coordination between the two countries.
The Syrian official also said that Syria would stop any one tries to disturb
security and stability of Yemen.
They also discussed in the meeting bilateral relations between the two countries.
