FM: ARAB LEADERS REJECT FOREIGN INTERVENTION IN YEMENI INTERNAL

SANA'A, Oct. 23 (Saba)-Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi said on
Thursday that leaders of Egypt, Syria and Libya have rejected any
foreign intervention in the Yemeni internal affairs.

Upon his arrival from his visits for these countries, al-Qirbi said
that these leaders confirmed their support for unity, stability and
security of Yemen as well as a call of President Ali Abdullah Saleh
for dialogue with all Yemeni political parties under an umbrella of
the unity of Yemen.

During his visits, the foreign minister handed over letters to the
leaders of Arab countries from president Saleh.

The letters expressed appreciation of the Yemeni government and
people for the positions of these countries in supporting the Yemeni
unity and efforts of the government to offer helps for displaced
people who left their homes because of rebellion in the north, the
minister said.
