S. Korean Choi Na-yeon grabs second LPGA title

INCHEON, Nov. 1 (Yonhap) -- South Korean Choi Na-yeon won the US$1.7 million LPGA
Tour's Hana Bank Kolon Championship on Sunday, her second in a major LPGA
tournament.
The 22-year-old Choi shot five-under 67 in the final round to finish on
10-under-par 206 at Ocean Course in Incheon, west of Seoul, beating Taiwan's
Tseng Yani and Sweden's Maria Hjorth who finished joint-second with 9 under 207.
Choi's victory follows her first on the LPGA Tour at the Samsung World
Championships in the U.S. last month, after having finished 11th on the LPGA
money list last year in her rookie season. Choi also recorded four wins on the
Korean LPGA Tour.
Shin Ji-yai, a strong favorite of the LPGA's Rookie of the Year with three wins
in her first full U.S. season, finished sixth with 3 under 213.
The LPGA Tour moves to Japan next week for the Mizuno Classic.
