BANK MANDIRI TO ISSUE RP3 TRILLION IN BONDS
Jakarta, Nov 3 (ANTARA) - Bank Mandiri, Indonesia's largest state lender by assets, plans to issue subordinated bonds of Rp3 trillion to finance its business expansion.
The seven-year bonds would be offered from December 3 to 7 this year with PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Bahana Securities, and PT Trimegah Securities acting as bond issue underwriters, the bank said in a statement issued on Tuesday.
The bank also has appointed Bank Permata as a trustee agent.
The bonds will be listed with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on December 11, 2009.***
