PRESIDENT RECEIVES FOREIGN ENVOYS' CREDENTIALS

Jakarta, Nov 6 (ANTARA) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono received the credentials of a number of newly accredits foreign countries at the Merdeka Palace here on Friday.

The head of state received the credentials of Swedish Ambassador Ewa Ulrika Polano and Belgian Ambassador Christian Tanghe.

Also handing over their credentials on Friday were Hungarian Ambassador Szilvester Bus, German Ambassador Dr Norbert Baas and Mozambiquan Ambassador Carlos Agustinho do Rosario.

The president began receiving the foreign envoys' credentials at 9.30 Western Indonesian Time (WIB).
